Confirmation of Reservation
All reservation must be made to Abdul's Chalets in writing either by email or via telephone booking confirmed by us prior to guest arrival.
Confirmation can be secure by :
- 50% deposit payment must be made through our bank account and then email us the bank-in slip for our reference.

- The 50% deposit must be made within 7 days from the date stated in the confirmation email
- Abduls Chalet reserved the right to cancel all reservation, if no deposit payment is made within the given deadline
- The remaining balance can be made at the our reception desk either by cash or via credit card
- Please note payment via credit card are subjected to 3% surcharge
- Reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice if the management fails to receive your deposit payment within 7 days from the date stated in the confirmation email

| a) less than 10 days - get 80% refund from the total amount|
b) less than 7 days - get 50% refund from the total amount
c) less than 3 days - NO refund!
